Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada. If you're outside Canada and interested in ordering, contact us directly — we’d love to help if we can.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We do our best to keep rates affordable.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available in Golden, BC. If so, choose “local pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you to arrange a time.
Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–10 business days depending on your location and carrier. Rural areas may take longer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right.
